They will join the UK real estate community to hear a Ministerial keynote address for Graham Stuart, Minister of Investment at the Department for International Trade, who will open the conference to talk about the future relationship between the UK and EU, and the UK’s independent trade policy. He will be closely followed by Sir Vince Cable, leader of the Liberal Democrats, who will talk about the UK’s changing place in the world order, giving his perspective on the Brexit deal and its economic and political the implications. A panel discussion looking at UK Investment will investigate “where there is change, there is opportunity” looking at current investor sentiment towards the UK, reviewing where opportunities are most likely to be found, by geography and by asset class.
With the UK housing crisis still high on the national agenda, on Thursday 18th we will hear from Nick Walkley, chief executive of Homes England, deliver his keynote speech titled “Changing the Housing Game”.
